Provide at least 1–2 high-quality references for your request.

Clearly communicate your ideas and expectations in advance. If no specific direction is given, I will have full creative freedom over the piece. (I will still consult you when necessary to ensure you’re satisfied with the result.)

Minor attribute changes (e.g., clothing, hairstyle, color adjustments) must be requested as early as possible.

All artworks are for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., profile pictures, headers, personal posts).

You may print or use the artwork for personal items or free distribution (e.g., gifts, giveaways), as long as no profit is involved and it is not the primary product.

Strictly no reselling, redistributing, or profiting from the artwork in any form.

Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, logos) requires a separate agreement. Prices may be 2× or more than the base commission rate depending on usage.

No cancellations or refunds once payment has been made.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason I see fit.

I retain all rights to the artwork. I may use commissioned pieces for portfolio, posting, or promotional purposes. If you prefer to remain anonymous, or to be credited under a nickname/alias (e.g., “Commissioned by ________). Please inform me before or during the commission process. Failure to state a privacy preference will default to standard crediting.

All artworks are drawn digitally and freehand.

My art style is not fixed and may evolve over time. Requests to replicate a specific style may be declined.

I currently do not accept mecha or furry commissions. Other subjects (e.g., animals) may be discussed first.

All artworks will include a subtle watermark/signature that must not be removed.

If the watermark is not visible due to cropping or formatting, proper credit must be given (e.g., “art by Lazyshennie”) in a visible location.

I primarily use Procreate to draw. Minor adjustments may occasionally be done in Photoshop.

Please provide a valid and active email address. Failure to do so may result in order rejection.

You may also provide an additional contact method (e.g., Messenger, Twitter/X, Instagram, LINE, etc.) for faster communication. This will only be used for commission updates.

Please be patient and do not rush the process.

Completion time may vary depending on queue and workload. Estimated turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, but this may be shorter or longer depending on complexity and number of active commissions.

You will be notified once I begin working on your commission.

An initial sketch will be provided for approval. This is the stage where revisions should be requested.

Up to 2 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

No major revisions will be accepted after the lineart and coloring stage begins.

You will receive 2–4 progress updates throughout the process. They are for updates purposes only and cannot be shared to anyone else other than the client.

Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been completed (for down payment plans).

Final artworks will be sent through your provided e-mail address and in high-resolution PNG format. Source files (e.g., PSD or other editable, raw files) will not be provided.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and clearly throughout the process.

Any form of rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in the commission being cancelled without refund.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or adjusted when necessary. Any changes will not affect ongoing commissions and will only apply to future orders.

DISCUSSION. Tell us more details about your request.

CONFIRMATION. After providing us with an active e-mail address, we will send you an invoice that includes the final details of the project. [ Mail: Project Summary ]

PAYMENT. You are expected to send, at least, a 60% downpayment within 2-3 working days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your request. QUEUE. After confirming your payment, your project will now be added to our Queue list. We will notify you with a WIP sketch once we had started working on your commissioned piece.

PRODUCTION. Production time varies on the scale of the project. Regular updates will be sent to you (through messaging apps/email) once the project has been started.

PREVIEW. We will send you a full-page watermarked preview of your order before mailing out the final output.
