Please provide at least one or two high-quality references for your order.

You should tell me specifics on how you want the art to look in advance, if you don’t have a specific idea, then, that means that I, Shennie, will have the freedom to proceed on this commission the way I want. (Rest assured that I will still consult what I think would fit your order to you anyway, I still want to make sure you’ll get your money’s worth)

You can change attributes on your request e.g. change the clothing to a formal one, change hair color/style, etc. Let me know as soon as possible!

All artworks are for personal and non-commercial use only (e.g. profile picture, icon, header, etc). That means that as long as you are not making money using my art then it’s fine, you are free to do whatever you want with it (with exemptions ofc, see next entry).

Artworks can be reproduced into prints or items as long as the goods will be distributed without money involved (not for sale) or are not your primary product (e.g. gift/freebies/giveaways/decorations)

Please do not redistribute or sell the artwork anywhere, anytime, anyhow, and to anywho!

If artworks are to be used commercially (to be sold in different products e.g t-shirt/mug print, or use it as your brand logo/branding, etc), terms and prices will be modified and changed depending on what you need. Commercial use may range from twice or more than the original commission price.

Prices may change depending on the scale of your order.

Payments accepted: GCash, Paypal. (Please shoulder the transaction/service/conversion fee by these payment gateways.)

A full / down payment option will be available depending on your order.

NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS will be given once payment has been made.

I have all the rights to reject orders/requests for any reason I see fit.

We (Lazyshennie and its derivatives) still have the rights over the artworks that you have commissioned us to do. We are free to use the artworks to build our portfolio, and in any way that we needed them as its artist.

All artworks (chibis and non-chibis) are drawn free-hand, digitally.

Please don’t tell me to change my art style (it is already moody and always changing, okay? hehe)

I can’t do mechas and furries, for now, I am not (yet) good with this stuff. There are other kinds of stuff I am not that good at drawing yet (like pets) but let’s talk first and see if I can do your request or not.

All artworks will include small/subtle watermarks that you may not remove.

In any case that the watermark is cropped out, removed, or not seen especially when uploading, properly crediting us by including “art by Lazyshennie” (or any similar terms) in the caption, credits page, comment, or anywhere visible near the artwork will do.

I am using Medibang Paint in drawing all commissioned projects. I sometimes add final touches using Photoshop, but this is a rare case.

Please make sure to provide us with an ACTIVE e-mail address. Failure to provide a valid e-mail address may result in your request being rejected.

You may also provide, at least, one other way where I can casually contact you (Facebook Messenger, Twitter, IG, Kakaotalk, Line, or Viber). This is for faster queries regarding your order. Rest assured that this information will only be used solely to update you with regard to your orders.

Please don’t rush us!

If there is more than one commission lined up, please expect that it will take more time before you receive your order.

I will inform you right away once I had started on your order.

You will receive an initial sketch of your order. During this time, you have to tell me if there is something you want to change before I start inking the lines and coloring the artwork.

No major revisions will be entertained once the inking and coloring process begins.

You will receive two to three updates regarding the progress of your order.

I will only send the final output to the e-mail address that you have provided once payment has been completed (for DP Plans).

INQUIRY. Send us a message/inquiry on any of our SNS accounts. (We're mostly active on Facebook but you may contact us on the links below as well).

DISCUSSION. Tell us more details about your request.

CONFIRMATION. After providing us with an active e-mail address, we will send you an invoice that includes the final details of the project. [ Mail: Project Summary ]

PAYMENT. You are expected to send, at least, a 60% downpayment within 2-3 working days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your request. QUEUE. After confirming your payment, your project will now be added to our Queue list. We will notify you with a WIP sketch once we had started working on your commissioned piece.

PRODUCTION. Production time varies on the scale of the project. Regular updates will be sent to you (through messaging apps/email) once the project has been started.

PREVIEW. We will send you a full-page watermarked preview of your order before mailing out the final output.
